A House of Knowledge will be created in the Nardaran township of Baku, Kamal Abdullayev, Azerbaijan’s state adviser on inter-ethnic, multicultural and religious affairs, told reporters Jan.22.
There will be talks with the people of Nardaran, and a lot of work will be done for them to form a proper attitude towards religion and state, said Abdullayev.
According to him, the people of Nardaran are spiritually ready for it.
"We have had worthwhile intellectuals in Nardaran and other villages around Baku. Those people are the ones we will mainly rely upon,” he added.
