Sergey Lazarev to represent Russia in Eurovision

Sergey Lazarev will represent Russia in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, according to Eurovision.tv.

His participation was confirmed today during the Russian National Music Awards, where he was crowned the "singer of the year".
