Putin threatens Turkey

It will be hard to reach an agreement with the current Turkish government, Russian president Vladimir Putin told reporters on Russia 1 TV channel/

"Experience shows it is hard for us to come to common ground, or it is practically impossible. Even when we say "Yes” they stab us in the back due to unclear reasons. Therefore, I do not see a state-level prospect,” he stressed.

Putin added that with Russia's deployment of the S-400 anti-aircraft system, Turkey will not be able to violate Syria's airspace with impunity, as they had previously done.

"If before, Turkey had constantly violated Syrian airspace, let them try it now,” he said.
